Peerzada Muhammad Raza Saqib Mustafai is a distinguished Pakistani Islamic scholar, internationally recognised preacher, and an influential voice in contemporary Islamic thought.

He is the founding chairman of Idara-tul-Mustafa International, a global platform dedicated to informal Islamic education. Under his leadership, a comprehensive network of educational and welfare institutions has been established, including more than 100 branches of Jamia-tul-Mustafa, a centre for Islamic and contemporary sciences; Al-Mustafa Islamic Centres, a nationwide system of educational, missionary, and welfare services; Al-Mustafwiya Girls Colleges; Al-Mustafa Group of Schools; and Al-Mustafa Institute of Science & Technology.
